_Mouth of the Wolf Productions provides original scripts for each class.  Scripts are based on age appropriate stories fitting with each quarters theme. Scripts are either adaptations of classical stories and folk tales, or original works.

Students are active in building their performance from the first class. Each child is assessed and placed in a part written specifically for them. At the end of each eight week quarter students perform their show for family and friends. Teachers provide essential theater elements such as make up, costumes, lights and sound to ensure that every performance is special.  Through out the process students gain confidence, self esteem and verbal skills.

Our talented staff work with the children to determine their specific theatrical interests. We encourage all students to embrace their passion. Students have the opportunity to be more than actors. Students with broader interests have become playwrights, assistant directors, and technical hands.

"Before every performance since I was eight, my Italian mother would say, "In bocca al lupo." Translated this means “Into the mouth of a wolf” or the idiomatic translation is “Break a leg”, a common phrase used before performances. So, from this came Mouth of the Wolf Productions, Inc.

Our name has deep meaning for what we do in our classes. It was during that first performance when I was eight, that I felt the confidence to conquer my shyness and find my voice.

Mouth of the Wolf Productions, Inc. has and continues to help many other children of all ages find their confidence through its amazing creative works!
